As soon as i approach the (1-Year) stage.....i become restless..and change gears....and end up in a new company :D, so i am not really sure abt the last two Phases...
I know its very difficult to get the 'right' job... but then there is no harm in trying...
1) Too lazy to hunt for a job 2) Job hopping will not help me grow in my career 3) I will wait for my promotion or hike and jump.
Common reasons for not quitting a job.
1) if u lazy...god save u 2) worried abt growth ? Growth is not imp..Growth in the right direction..is very imp 3) Yes Money is imp.. but then not @ the cost of job satisfaction... If u really deserve the bucks u wud get them...
I know i am wrong somewhere..but i hope someone proves me wrong.... and i learn my lesson..

But its incorrect to feel one's way is the besht giving some lame explanations ...
The cartoon suggests that most of us are like this and thats it ... as i said "its a cartoon" not reality so chilax dont think so much and I dont think no one bothers to prove you wrong or right .. everybody is different and correct in their own way.
Software company is not the one which should decide your life. One should decide their life. It clear in industry why majority of people change company. Very few look for challenges and technology in initial stages of career.
Change is common in life, it is all how we take it.
